From June 2015 all patients registered with the practice will have been given a named accountable GP. This is a contractual requirement but patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice.

A named accountable GP takes responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services for their patients and ensures they are delivered. If you wish to know who your named GP is you can ask a member of the reception team.

Practice Management

The practice manager manages all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems and resources are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. She supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also develops new ways of working to enhance patient care.
