Dr Fiona Atkinson MBBS DRCOG MRCG
Dr Atkinson (Partner) is our safeguarding lead and has an interest in women’s health, child health and mental illness.
She enjoys spending her free time with her 3 children and walking her dog.
Dr Craven (Partner) works part time at the practice. She has a special interest in managing the needs of our care home patients.
She is married with a young daughter, and enjoys Pilates and tap dancing!.
Dr Dilley (Partner) works full time at the practice and has an interest in Men’s health, Diabetes and Joint injections. He enjoys the strategic element of primary care and patient communication.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and 2 boys touring the country in their caravan.
Dr Drew (Salaried GP) joined the practice Jan 2015 having moved to North Yorkshire. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and care of the elderly.
She has a passion for cookery and recently published some cooking delights. She is also 'being trained' by her new puppy'!
Dr Huskins (Salaried GP) works 3 days a week. She is lead GP for family planning and sexual health and has a keen interest in all aspects of women’s health. She also has an interest in care of the elderly looking after a local nursing home
When she is not at work she is busy running around after her toddler.
Dr Lenton (Salaried GP) works at East Parade Surgery 2 days a week and also trains future doctors at Leeds University. Her clinical interests lie in Women’s Health, Contraception and Cancer Care.
In her free time Carrie is very athletic and recently completed her first triathalon.
Dr Penman (Partner) has been at the practice since 1989. He has a special interest in asthma, prescribing and the organisation of local health services.
He enjoys walking in the Yorkshire countryside and aspires to be a better golfer.
Our receptionists and administrative staff are the bedrock of the practice. Dealing with all patient and external enquiries and resolving them in a myriad of ways. From booking appointments to dealing with pharmacies and NHS England they try to ensure patient, clinician and practice needs are met in an efficient, timely and friendly manner.
