Alert: Total Triage has been success for East Parade Surgery – January 2025 update

Since October 2024,the practice has been running Total Triage with great success. We have received lots of positive feedback from patients and staff about how it has worked for them. Our aim has been to ensure equal access to the right clincian at the right time. It has been a big change for our patients and we are grateful to all your support and help in allowing us to achieve this. We continue to modify our appointments system to meet the needs of our patients within the restraints of the challenges faced by the NHS.
