Repeat Prescriptions

East Parade is proud to have its own team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. There are four ways to request your repeat prescriptions:

1. Via the NHS App: The easiest way to order your medication is via the NHS app. To register for this, please click: Getting started with the NHS App - NHS App help and support - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
2. Online: We have a quick and easy way to order prescriptions via our online facility, SystmOnline. You need to register with our Patient Services Team to access this service, and it is available to all patients over the age of 18. To access our online services click here.
3. Mail: Post your request with a stamped addressed envelope: East Parade Surgery, Mowbray Square Medical Centre, Harrogate, HG1 5AR. We will send it back to you.
4. Drop off: Use the prescription drop off box by the front door or hand it in directly to the ground floor receptionist. Your prescription will be sent to your nominated Pharmacy within 48 hours.

We cannot issue repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

We need at least 48 hours from receiving your medication request to process your prescription. If you are posting your request, please allow two additional days.
